Who are we looking for? We are looking for a person, who can fill the position combined of two roles – IT Coordinator and Account Manager. As IT Coordinator, you will maintain and possibly develop our information technology systems, software applications, databases and more. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of the systems and applications. We are also looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. If you enjoy working in IT, but also like expand your horizons, talking to people, working in a small flexible team in a fast-growing crypto startup and shaping the future of the new finance world, then this role at Bitnik will be the right challenge for you. Your future role includes:
  • maintaining implemented software applications, databases, servers, managing suppliers, overseeing new implementation projects, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
  • building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit, onboarding exchange customers, supporting customers during the whole trading process


Professional skills required:
  • Bachelor degree in IT or economics
  • at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • hands-on experience with data integration, databases, Unix systems, Java and cryptocurrencies is a strong advantage
  • ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • strong verbal and written communication skills, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • experience in financial services is an advantage
  • good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • general knowledge of office applications, project management software
  • self-initiative, reliability, responsibility and efficiency in work, systematic approach and effective self-organization in work, solution orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, ability to prioritize
  • ability to lead and model meetings and teamwork, ability to manage stakeholders, planning skills, appropriate communication, negotiation, conflict management skills
